Red Fish Lake

I'm way behind. Here's a little catch up on August. We spent the traditional week at Red Fish Lake with the Nelsons. The scenery is incredible and it's always so nice to lounge on the beach with the family. Audrey was old enough this year to play with the cousins, so she had the time of her life. The kids run wild all week...so fun!

This year the kids planned a triathlon. Seriously? Only the Nelsons, right?

We spent most of the week playing on the beach. The water is FRIGID but the kids don't care at all, and it feels really nice to jump in after a hot day of lying around.

The boys played football - let's pretend Ryan dropped that ball because he was so intimidated by his defender (right, honey?)

Some of us skiied and some of us TRIED REALLY HARD to ski but couldn't quite make it. Can you believe that back drop?

We eat dinner on the beach most nights. S'mores after dinner was new this year....yum. Drew also ate his weight in sand.
